Shipping Destinations
We ship to customers in Australia and select international locations, including New Zealand. For other international destinations, please contact us to confirm availability. Shipping to regions outside Australia may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our shipping costs.
Handling Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) of placement, assuming the order is received on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Handling time includes the minimum (0 days for same-day processing if ordered before cutoff) and maximum (1 day) business days required to prepare your order. We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Cutoff Time
To qualify for same-day handling, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. All times are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Shipping Options, Costs, and Transit Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, order value, and selected method. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD within Australia. Costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude any applicable taxes or customs fees. Below is a summary of our shipping services:

- Notes on Costs: Flat rates apply as shown. For orders under $100 in Australia, standard shipping is $7.99. We do not offer free shipping for international orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.
- Carrier Information: Domestic shipments (Australia) are handled by Australia Post or StarTrack. International shipments use Standard International Post.
- Regional Variations: Shipping times and costs may vary by region within Australia (e.g., metropolitan vs. remote areas) or postal codes. For New Zealand, delivery estimates account for standard international transit.
- Order Value Conditions: Free shipping applies only to orders over $100 AUD for Australia destinations. No shipping is available for orders below any minimum value (none currently enforced).
Additional Charges
- Taxes and Duties: Australian orders include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by their country.
- Signature on Delivery: Included for all Australian shipments at no extra cost for added security.
Holiday and Delay Considerations
Delivery estimates may be extended by 1-2 business days if handling or transit times overlap with national holidays in Australia (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Australia Day) or the destination country. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
